Primary Roles

In the last four years of being on the Westminster web team, I have grown professionally in my ability to complete tasks on my own with minimal supervision, gain high-level experience by taking on projects that my supervisors assign me, and becoming more familiar with day to day routines to large organizations. Working in higher ed continued to grow my passion for education and being able to communicate across multiple departments has been a great skill.

Personal Projects

Homepage Annual Image Refresh

Used Adobe artboards to responsively export images for annual updates of the homepage.

Designed and built profile cards for award recipients utilizing drop down accordions.

Bubble Numbers & Stats

Created components (back-end CMS set ups) for designs provided to us from a third-party figma set.

Testimonial Sliders & Randomized Header >>

Built out a slider, ensuring keyboard accessibility and created a banner image that randomizes it’s background and quote on each page load.

Directory Profiles >>

Designed the circle/slash element for their profile picture, responds timely to requests for picture or content updates, corresponds with the Information Systems department when information is not pulling correctly from the database.

IPSL Sub-site Remake >>

Migrated and redesigned the Westminster IPSL site previously hosted outside of Modern Campus CMS.

Digital Signs & Scheduling

Created designs according to our branding guidelines in collaboration with our content writers. Scheduled signs in Yodeck and set up customized playlists for monitors around campus.

Calendar Event Entry & RSS Feeds

Entered events into our calendar using tags and created RSS event sections that filter events into different components according to their categories.

Form Integration & Embed Components >>

Built forms using Formstack, updated settings embedded into pages. Exported form data to google sheets and set up notification to faculty and staff when appropriate.

Help Familiarize New Employees

Interviewed potential candidates for supervising positions, recorded training videos for procedures and personal preferences for how I have found to do things easiest, answers coworker questions and provides feedback when reviewing their work for publish.
